Order Processing
All items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• United Kingdom: 3–7 business days after processing
  
  

• United States: 3–8 business days after processing
  
  

• Canada: 5–10 business days after processing
  
  

• Trinidad & Tobago: 5–10 business days after processing
  
  

• Jamaica: 5–10 business days after processing
  
  

Please note: These are estimated timeframes. Delivery may be affected by customs delays, postal service issues, or peak seasonal demand.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Customs & Import Taxes

• United Kingdom Customers: Some of our products ship from the United States. This means your order may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or handling fees upon arrival in the UK. These charges are set by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
  
  

• Canada, Trinidad & Tobago, and Jamaica: Orders may also be subject to customs duties, taxes, or handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  
  

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not arrive within 30 days of shipping, please contact us at hello@wordinspiredtshirts.store with your order details. We’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
